Got the "grouper sammy" and the "French dip" for me and my lady for lunch. Both were damn good! Nice crispy sweet potato fries and amazing black beans and rice sides!

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT IN CHESAPEAKE!! Everything on the menu is made with love and from scratch. No frozen foods here. If you have not stopped by because you THOUGHT it was a biker bar, you are seriously missing out. Do your tummy a favor and go eat a real meal!! Best food, and service in town bar none.

Enjoyed the 13 raw oysters with the spicy cocktail sauce and grilled chicken salad was so-so. The fried calamari had a good taste but was breaded wa-a-ay too much. All you taste is the bread because 66% of it is the breaded part and it was cooked too long, hard and crunchy, even the grilled chicken. Look at the photo, it's almost black. Got a to go cup for my left over tea and they didn't top it it off for me, not even during the meal.

My wife and I stopped at Red Bones yesterday for lunch and as usual the waitress was very nice. I had the blackened tuna fresh catch seared and it was very good. My wife had the salmon and she loved it. We probably go here once or twice a month and the sea food is always good.

This is only my second time at Red Bones . We wanted to try something different for dinner and chose Red Bones . We had always heard that the food is good . We had fried shrimp and salmon . Yes ! It was very good and Reasonably priced ! The bar tender was working the bar and the dining area . Nice job 👍 !

Good food, excellent service and ice cold beer! You'll NEVER get a lukewarm beer at Redbones. The way every place should serve a beer. Rod is on it!

Best crab, calamari, and shrimp I've had in a long time..

Wings are kind of a specialty for these guys and they are indeed good. The waffle fries are also hit. I recommend this sweet potato waffle fries. However many of the side items are not made there locally but are frozen items that are reheated. There are a couple of items that really bring this place down. First, you get that heavy waft of smoke as you walk in the front door because the filtration system is not good between the smoking area and the regular bar area. If they have a live music going, you'll need to find a place far from the speakers. They are placed in an area and are loud enough to actually cause hearing loss, no matter what kind of music is being played. The staff is pretty friendly and really hustles to get the decent size crowds taken care of.

First time there, bartender was nice, food was very good

I only wish I could give a better review, but the wings are not consistently cooked the same all the time. We have been getting perfectly cooked wings for quit awhile. Recently we got 2 orders which were not cooked and bloody inside. I did call and complained, then I gave them one more chance and the wings we’re grossly over cooked and not edible. We have not been back much to my district.

Good food good people good place

Great food but I did not enjoy the environment. It is small and cramped. The live music was good but bc of the smaller space it was loud and very hard to hear my friends across the table. There is a room which allows smoking and the smoke smell consumes the entire place. I did not enjoy that at all. If you are looking for a bar environment then this is your place. If you want to relax and have a drink, chat with friends and listen to live music, there are better options.

The food was so so. The service was good considering we were there at 5 on a weekday. I remember more bad than good. I plugged my charger into a dangerous looking receptacle at the table. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. Do people still smoke in restaurants?

The food is very good, on par with nicer venues, but is combined with a fun casual atmosphere and live music.

Food supurb. Absolutely scrumptious. I had the mesquite frilled salmon with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Large portions. Salmon was moist,tasty and best ever. To top it off we had key lime cheesecake. Better than cheesecake factory & bigger slices.You won't be disappointed.

Always make the stop on the way in or out for a ride. Great biker bar and great staff. If your on two, it's a must.

I usually wind up swinging by for a local beer and some music. The kitchen punches above its weight though. Some of the best food around. At Red Bones order of the chalk board.

Great food and family atmosphere

I don't often review my little hiding places but this place is Fing awesome. Looks like some hard core biker bar but once you walk in the door this place treats you like family and the food is top notch. From the menu staples to the chalk board special the chief here knows how to run his kitchen and the flavor profiles are amazing. The ladies behind the bar pour some of the best libations in town and if you choose to get out of line one of the "regulars" will be sure to show you the door. Come out enjoy the great food, drink and more often than not live music. Mind your manners and treat it like mommas place and you will be sure to have a great time.

The food was exceptional. I had oysters and the hubby had shrimp. Again, exceptional good. The oysters and shrimp were big. I was impressed by the food and the service.

Had a great time playing pool. Food is great, little pricey...but sometimes you have to pay a little more to get good food. I would've given 5 stars but the bartender on the smoking side was terrible. I don't drink alcohol and a friend went to the bar and ordered alcohol for herself and a coke for me. The bartender handed her, her alcoholic beverage and a shot of Coke for me...I was mortified. For the rest of the night I got my beverages from the non-smoking side( they gave me a full glass w/ ice and soda). From now on I will avoid that bartender.
